Saving diligently, building credit, and fostering relationships with the finest subcontractors in Florida, he took the leap to earn his contractor's license, launching Beau Monde Builders with a mission to offer an unparalleled experience in service, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.

Melissa has over 20 years experience in the construction industry, doing both commercial and residential construction. After moving to Florida from Wisconsin, she started building her career, working with high end design and construction companies. Melissa is great at multi tasking, making sure every job has the attention it should, getting everything done on time and sticking to schedule. With Melissa you will never have to wonder what’s going on at the job-site. “I wake up everyday loving what I do, and can’t wait to take on your home!”

Gabrielle, born and raised in Brevard County knows this area like the back of her hand. Graduating from Merritt Island High in 2013, immediately started working for both smaller and larger companies. Getting familiar with how different businesses are ran and ways to make business owners/customers lives easier, creating a organized, enjoyable workplace. Gabrielle thrives in a fast pace environment and can’t wait to help you with your project. “My goal is to make your customer experience enjoyable and as stress free as possible.”

Michelle, born and raised in Syracuse, NY. She moved to Florida in 2001 to get a taste of paradise, craving more sunshine in her life. Michelle has over 20 years in accounting, and started working in the Construction world in 2017, quickly realizing how much she enjoys working in Residential Construction. Specializing in communication, time management, budgeting, and critical thinking, Michelle is very detailed oriented and enjoys working at Beau Monde Builders. “I love to see our clients beautiful dream homes come to life.”

John has over 40 years of experience in the building trades. After graduating from trade school, John began his career building high-end custom homes and large scale commercial renovations. Along this journey John earned his master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in project management from Florida Institute of Technology. Community involvement is extremely important to John. Earning a Citizen Scholar Award for his volunteer work during his academic studies. John has been appointed to several advisory boards in Brevard county most recently Citizen Budget Review Committee. These experiences have contributed to John becoming an expert steward in the building industry. From concept to creation John fosters an immersive collaborative client environment. Along with the professional team at Beau Monde Builders our goal is to turn our client’s vision into reality.
